Responsibilities and duties:

• Manager, Software Development will be responsible for collecting and analyzing business requirements and user requirements traceability matrix to build the proof of concept for software design and specifications and to finalize software applications design with SAP Program Management and ERP Transformation expertise
• Collect and analyze business requirements and user requirements traceability matrix to build the proof of concept for software design and specifications and to finalize software applications design with SAP Program Management and ERP Transformation expertise
• Collaborate with IS/IT Business Analysts and other team members to design the custom software applications
• Enhance software applications to debug errors and fine tune it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance
• Design new applications and business rules using Datawarehouse, HCM, SAP BW that integrate clients legal and management financial reporting applications and/or integrated data models that meets AstuteOne’s business requirements and custom specifications
• Design, develop and enhance software systems using SAP ERP/S/4HANA related tools Integration, SAP Leonardo Machine Learning
• Responsible for software system testing procedures, test planning, automated test programming, and documentation
• Create test data, perform testing and/or assist users in testing and document test results and change/create data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements
• Coordinate proper software system installation and monitor custom application functioning to ensure proper sign off from client business
• Create the analytical and transactional reports using SAP HANA, BOBJ Reporting Tools
• Manage SAP Projects using Agile, SCRUM and Waterfall SDLC
• Lead and train junior team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Science and Engineering Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Computer Information Systems or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in Software Development/IT positions or related occupations, to include 3 years working with Agile, Waterfall SDLC, SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP Leonardo Machine Learning, SCRUM, and managing/leading teams and projects

OR

• Masters or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Science and Engineering Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Computer Information Systems or a related field and 3 years of experience in Software Development/IT positions working with Agile, Waterfall SDLC, SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP Leonardo Machine Learning, SCRUM and managing and leading teams and projects
• This position may require travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated client sites throughout the USA
